Once the individualized protocol is set, VHrestoration utilizes water extractors, wood floor rescue mats, wall cavity dryers, air moving equipment, injection dryers and dehumidifiers to rapidly dry the area and inhibit microbial growth. Monitoring of the equipment will continue until the moisture has been removed and the relative humidity is back to normal. This scientific & directed approach is important for reducing damages. If left untreated, mold growth may occur.

After the mitigation and drying steps have been completed, restoring the building to pre loss condition can begin. The area can be sprayed with an antimicrobial treatment, and air scrubbers or hepa vacs can be utilized as necessary.
